The intersection of our soul and consciousness takes place at 11° Aquarius on February 23rd in the lunar mansion of Shatabhisha, the lunar abode of containment and boundlessness and the relationship that exists between these two states of being.

The next 28 days is an especially free-thinking and visionary time and a time of healing and integration a transformation that is the result of some form of a crisis very likely pertaining not to the physical body, but to the atmosphere that surrounds the individual.  It can bring forth events that involve the shifting of a life situation that previously carried an element of containment. The breaking of a shadowy spell or the casting off of a restriction from some form of indebtedness is being brought into balance. 

Currently, there is a total of six planets under nakshatras that are governed by Rahu and Ketu, the lunar nodes. These forces represent not so much the gross physical body, so much as the shadowy karmic contracts from previous births that play out in a current birth with an element of compulsion, unearthly irrationality, and hard-to-walk-away-from personal bonds.

With Mercury retrograde also in the lunar house of Shatabhisha, the Sun, and Moon all under the gaze of Rahu from Gemini this is a time of personal radical discovery and radical communication.

As Mars is now bound to Ketu, in the righteous sign of Sagittarius until March 22, we are breaking and tearing out ideas that no longer fit we just need to be careful not to throw everything away in haste without a conscious examination.

This month’s potential catharsis may ultimately be born out of the struggle that exists within the act of stepping out beyond a circle of containment and restriction into a more boundless and uncharted reality just remember the roots that have nurtured you these may not need to be destroyed only perhaps replanted.
